Classroom Lesson Plans
Grades 1 to 3
EatMoveGrow Health Educators visit classrooms (grades 1 to 3) each month to teach a lesson that addresses important health education topics such as heart health, food pyramid, screen time, MyPlate, 5-2-1-0 and oral health. Each EatMoveGrow lesson provides classroom teachers follow-up activity sheets to reinforce the highlighted topic between Health Educator visits.
