Rachel Christmas is based out of The Health Enrichment Network (THEN). She works with teachers and students in Jefferson Parish and Lafourche Parish. She is also the GoNoodle and Walking Classroom Coordinator for all of the EMG schools. These fun programs help teachers add movement to their daily classroom routine.
Rachel received a BA in Elementary Education at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She taught third grade and became specialized in reading. As the daughter and wife of a Marine, she has lived in many places, but has always been a Tiger fan because of her family ties to Louisiana. In addition to spending time with her family and following LSU sports, she enjoys running, kayaking, and gardening. She is happiest when she spends time outdoors.
